Escondido residents are about to see something new in their GateAccess app, and we wanted you in the loop ahead of time.
We’re rolling out a fully redesigned mobile experience, the same guest list, travel info, and emergency contacts that you use today, just with a modern new look and feel.
A few important details for you:
This is a phased rollout, not a single switch-flip. Our community may receive the update at different times over the coming weeks, so don’t be surprised if some residents mention the new look before you see it.
What residents can expect: The look is new, but the functionality is unchanged, so most “how do I do X” questions are answered by doing the same things in the app that were done before.
We’re also updating the in-app help guide to match the new design.
So, there is nothing you need to do. ABDI and Envera will handle all the necessary update procedures.
