Mailbox Requirements

Below are links to our two mailbox options.

Please note, all mailboxes must be white. If any homeowner determines their current mailbox needs to be replaced, it must be replaced with either of the two options below.

House numbers should be clearly visible and legible.

Please remember that all changes to mailboxes must have an Architectural Review Board form approval from the board.

• Mailbox Option 1: This mailbox is an all-in-one post and box
• Mailbox Option 2: This links to a stylized post only. A specific mailbox can be purchased separately from your local Lowes or Home Depot. The box must be white.
