Second Notice of Annual-Election Meeting
Dear Escondido Homeowner:
This letter is being written as a follow-up to our notice dated January 25, 2022, wherein we announced that the Annual-Election Meeting of members would be held on Wednesday, March 9, 2022, at 6:00 P.M., at the Library located at 20701 95th Avenue S., Boca Raton, FL 33434 to fill four (4) vacancies for a two-year term.
Four candidates have submitted their request to be on the Board of Directors. Therefore, according to Florida Statute, it will not be necessary to hold an election, due to the fact that there are four candidates to fill the vacancies. The following four candidates will be seated on the Board by Acclamation the night of the Annual Meeting:
Billy Koepke
Morgan Modine
Brent Pendleton
Susan Verity
